Terms of Service
Last updated: June 27, 2026
1. Acceptance
By installing or using TubeMailer (the "Extension") or visiting tubemailer.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
TubeMailer is a Chrome extension that scans publicly available YouTube channel pages and linked websites to surface business contact email addresses. All scanning runs locally in your browser — no channel data is sent to our servers. We provide quota management and subscription billing as supporting services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use TubeMailer. The service is intended for business and professional use only.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use TubeMailer only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
- Violate any applicable law, including anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.).
- Scrape, abuse, or overload YouTube's infrastructure beyond the pacing built into the Extension.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute email lists obtained via TubeMailer.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the Extension.
You are solely responsible for how you use the contact information you collect.
5. Accounts and subscriptions
You must sign in with a Google account to use TubeMailer. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Subscriptions are billed monthly through DodoPayments. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at contact@tubemailer.com within 7 days and we will review it.
7. Intellectual property
TubeMailer and all related trademarks, logos, and software are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for your own business purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
8. Third-party services
TubeMailer relies on YouTube (Google), Supabase, and DodoPayments. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
TubeMailer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Extension will find emails for every channel, that results will be accurate or up to date, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TubeMailer and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TubeMailer harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
